Our Family and Child Intervention Program
Long-Term Family Support Plans – Our Long-Term Family Support Plans provide continued assistance to families after the initial intervention. These plans are designed to help families build lasting stability by setting achievable goals, identifying key resources, and tracking progress over time. This ongoing support ensures families are empowered to maintain their progress and sustain positive changes.
Family Resilience and Coping Skills Workshops – Our Family Resilience Workshops focus on strengthening families’ coping skills to deal with adversity and challenges. Support for Children with Special Needs – We provide Specialized Support Services for children with disabilities or special needs. Housing & Financial Assistance Referrals – Our Housing and Financial Assistance service connects families to resources that can help them secure stable housing, access financial aid, and manage budgeting challenges. We guide families in accessing government and community programs to alleviate financial stress and improve their living conditions.
Support for Families in Transition – For families going through significant life transitions, such as relocation, divorce, or the loss of a caregiver, we offer Transition Support Services.
