Senior Wisdom Sharing Circles

As technology has evolved from rotary phones to artificial intelligence, it has transformed how people work, learn, and connect. This workshop series offers an opportunity for seniors to reflect on the technological shifts they have witnessed and to share their stories, insights, and lessons with younger generations.

Objective

Participants will explore the theme Looking Back, Moving Forward by discussing how past innovations shaped their lives and communities. Through storytelling circles and guided reflection, attendees will build intergenerational understanding and appreciation for the resilience and adaptability that come with change.

What to Expect

Engage in conversations about daily life before digital connectivity and how information was accessed, relationships were built, and communities thrived offline.

Share memories of the first time using computers, mobile phones, or other technologies and the impact these experiences had personally and professionally.
